High stone walls of the terraced gardens afford a touch of majestic structure while soft woodland glades contrast with ephemeral beauty.
A lovely tinkling of laughter greeted David, on the 23rd September 2016, as he arrived to capture the photographic story of Yvonne and Colin’s wedding. Pretty purple and pinks carried the colour theme for the day. Gorgeous fine lace over satin matched the elegance of the Black Tie worn by the men of the wedding party. Even the pageboys were mini-men in their formal wear with the flower-girls adding a softer touch with beautiful feather shoulder capes. Yvonne and Colin married at St.Mary’s, Killenummery, Co. Leitrim; a church with lots of light for wedding photography.

Wedding Photos @ Lough Rynn Castle
Travelling directly to Lough Rynn from St.Mary’s gave Yvonne and Colin a great opportunity to enjoy the gardens and all they have to offer while daylight was still abundant. The classic wedding photo at Lough Rynn with the south façade of the house as a symmetrical backdrop or a slightly quirkier view from the flight of stone steps set to the eastern edge of the lawn? Either or why not both. The circulation of the grounds of the castle allow for so many photo locations. High stone walls of the terraced gardens afford a touch of majestic structure while soft woodland glades contrast with ephemeral beauty. Back in the castle itself there were guests to chat with and congratulations to be received before dinner was called. Once guests have made their way to the function rooms the Baronial Hall comes available for photos. Yvonne and Colin enjoyed relaxing and spending time with their wedding party and having wonderful photographs taken in the luxurious environment of the finest room in the north west of Ireland.
