White anemones with pretty blue centres, lightly silvered pine cones and spikey eryngiums came together in the perfect winter bouquet.
Lots of personal touches made for a day of wonderful wedding photography. Both Kelly and Shane had found unusually details to include in their wedding day. Kelly had sewn her grannies handkerchief onto the underskirt of her gorgeous dress while not only did the groom receive a hamper of goodies but the best-man was gifted a wooden plectrum in a beautiful wooden box, everything carrying very special messages! Kelly’s bouquet was one of our favourites of the year, created by Feehily’s Florist in Sligo the textures and subtle colours where stunning. White anemones with blue centres, lightly silvered pine cones and blue eryngiums came together in the perfect winter bouquet.

Wedding Photography at Castle Dargan
Kelly and Shane were married in Tubbercurry, Co Sligo. Cleverly, floral hearts were used to decorate the pew ends leaving as much room as possible in the relatively narrow aisle. Their rings were kept ever so safe tucked under the arm of pageboy Fionn. It was a lovely family ceremony with sisters of both bride and groom singing and playing music.
By travelling directly to Castle Dargan there was still enough light to get out onto the grounds for wedding photos with the wedding party. And then as guests were being sat for dinner there was an opportunity to use the elegant original estate house as a backdrop for wedding photos of just the bride and groom. After great speeches it was time to say goodbye as everyone looked forward to a night of celebration.
