David had a wonderfully busy afternoon on Sunday with all who came to the Wedding Open Day at the Radisson Blu in Sligo. Lots of plans were being discussed and there was a lovely ripple of excitement throughout the room. With hotel staff and wedding providers happy to share their experience and expertise a couple of hours at the Radisson Blu Wedding showcases are well spent.

Fabulous Food and Impressive Table Settings.
The hotel creates an elegant wonderland within the function room with couples really able to see how they might choose to set it up for their guests. Joe Shannon, executive chef at the Radisson, was to hand to tempt everyone with the most delicious food. Joe is well renowned for his culinary excellence and as always it is a real treat to be able to have all the options sampled and explained with such entertaining good humour.
