There was a super surprise for Jacob on his wedding day but first wedding photographer Jim Schofield headed to Patricia to capture some of the preparations. Home from Australia Patricia had brought her amazing lace wedding gown with her. Beautifully fitted beaded lace, gorgeous! Time for the surprise… Jacob and the guys made a slight detour to discover that their transport plans had changed. The whirl of helicopter blades gave the game away as a big blue helicopter landed to take them to the church in Bornacoola.

Wedding Photos at Castle Dargan
What a way to travel on your wedding day. Fabulous views of the Irish countryside for Patricia and Jacob who were back from Australia to celebrate with friends and family. Flying north-west over the river Shannon and across a numerous lakes the trip added an exciting element to the day and an amazing opportunity for Jim to shot fantastic wedding photos. The arrival of the year at Castle Dargan! A little ahead of many of their guests Patricia and Jacob had organised a caricature artist to work with their guests but first it was the bride and grooms turn to have the portraits drawn providing a wonderfully unique memento. A fab day and a night of celebration ahead.
