Imagine a sweeping carpet of bluebells under a canopy of lush, green beech leaves with dappled sun falling gently from above and you have the most extraordinary setting for wedding photography.
The luxury of comfort and décor in Kilronan Castle makes for amazing preparation photographs on your wedding day. Sarah and her ladies enjoyed the fabulous bridal suite at Kilronan on the morning of the 6th June 2016. Soft pinks accented with silvery blue eucalyptus leaves and blushed white with an occasional burst of vivid green made for enchanting wedding photos of the bouquets. The beading on Sarah’s lace dress shone through in her wedding photographs with the camera picking up all the gorgeous detailing, especially the deep lace edged hemline. The Bridal Suite at Kilronan Castle is a perfect background for wedding photography, luxurious and textural in subtle tones of gold. Deep windows, elegantly dressed, create a magnificent framing for a bride in her wedding dress with soft indirect sunlight in a perfect position for morning wedding photography. Mark made the brief journey along the shore of Lough Meelagh to Keadue Church. Blue suits on all the gentlemen with a touch of individuality for Mark as his suit had black lapels (pretty cool). Keadue Church is a delight to photograph in. The approach, coming uphill, is great for catching the groom as he arrives and the glazed insertion at the door of the church offer welcome shelter whether form rain or sun.

Stunning Wedding Photography in Bluebell Woods.
Early May is always a favourite time for us here at the studio. The Bluebell Wood is in its glory. Sarah and Mark’s wedding photographs at the woods are fantastic. They had brought a picnic basket (a brilliant idea) and had time to relax and replenish with their wedding party. Imagine a sweeping carpet of bluebells under a canopy of lush green beeches leaves with dappled sun falling gently from above and you have the most extraordinary setting for wedding photography. We love this very special woodland location, it is like stepping into a wonderland of visual beauty and sensory delight. Photographs taken in the Bluebell Woods make for the most amazing wedding album spreads. For just three weeks in late April into early May nature offers up this magic. Back at Kilronan Castle Sarah and Mark’s guests were enjoying a beautiful day on the lawns and terrace outside the Dungeon Bar. The couple soon joined their family and friends and a marvellous night of celebration got underway.
