A spectacular staircase dressed in all its seasonal glory ……
New Year’s Eve and a wonderful morning to be heading up to Co.Fermanagh and to photograph a bride who lives on an island! We had great morning of wedding photography at Louise’s home with all the family enjoying the excitement of the preparation. A spectacular staircase dressed in all its seasonal glory created a perfect opportunity to capture Louise’s gorgeous dress before she had even let the house. Lovely touches with all the bouquets kept simply classic … roses all the way and granny’s outfit complimenting the bridesmaid’s delightfully. A great start to a fantastic day. All the groom’s party and male family members wore black-tie, wonderfully classic and elegant for New Year’s Eve. David met up with Bernard at St.Patrick’s in Blacklion before the 1pm ceremony. A beautiful tiled aisle led to the altar and Louise’s mother joined the bride and her father before the traditional handover to the groom… a charming touch. Another unique element in the ceremony was the groom joining family members to sing… so personal and memorable.

Wedding Photography at the Lough Erne Resort.
How special to choose the place you first met to also hold your wedding reception! Louise and Bernard did just that. Arriving to the fabulous 5 Star Lough Erne Resort just as dusk was settling in. The weather was not as kind as in might have been but at the Lough Erne the sumptuous interiors offer lots of photo locations. In the library the fire was lit and the setting was perfect for both photos of the bride and groom and also for family photos. The grounds of the hotel are magnificent and the stone carved gazebo was magical all lit up with white fairy-lights. The cloister like stone mullioned entrance is extraordinary lit by candles and dressed with a red carpet. All creating a dramatic perspective and framing for wedding album shots. An evening like no other was ahead with the luxury of Lough Erne to enjoy.
