A quick stop at their home caught dusk at its most enticing with dark velvet skies just holding that last glimmer of light.
The 28th December 2015. A wonderful morning of relaxed preparation was captured by wedding photographer Jim Schofield in Oonagh and Kieran’s photos. Finishing touches to make-up and it was time to put on the dress. A classical sweetheart neckline was overlaid with gorgeous lace and beading drew the eye to the waistline. Deep purple is a stunning colour for winter wedding photography, bridesmaid’s dresses and bouquets of calla lilies brought delightful punch to wedding photos. Kieran and the guys were ready for a few photos as Jim arrived to the church. Dark blue suits were accessorised with silver waistcoats with Kieran’s having just a hint of a check to set it apart. A cool combination that had character and elegance!

Their charming ceremony was held at St.Mary’s church, Fenagh filled with family and friends. It has to be one of the best wedding photos of the day as a couple make their way down the aisle and into the world outside as man and wife. The smiles are always so infectious and on the 28th the smiles were mighty. A quick stop at their home caught dusk at its most enticing with dark velvet skies just holding that last glimmer of light. Winter offers dramatic wedding photographs with skies changing by the minute. The Landmark Hotel in Carrick-on Shannon awaited and more photos to be taken. The Landmarks offers a fabulous array of locations for wedding photography within its interiors. With all guest gathered there was ample opportunity for lots of social and personal wedding photography. A fine night of celebration was only beginning as Jim left Oonagh and Kieran to enjoy their wedding dinner and the fun of the festivities ahead.
