Warm contemporary colours and textures create a distinctive setting which makes for great wedding photos but not matter how fabulous the Bridal Suite is (and it is!), it is the views out over Sligo Bay that demand the eye.
Sometimes Irish weather is a little unkind on your wedding day and the 7th May was rather damp. But with the bright welcome and sunny good humour at Katrina’s house the day of wedding photography got off to a great start. Katrina wore a beautiful dress with subtle, delicate embellishment and her bridesmaids wore softly draped dresses of celadon green. A delightful muted jade green named after celadon ceramics originating in China. Umbrella’s at the ready everyone made their way to St.Patrick’s Church in Gurteen. A big group of guests made for a well filled church which looks great in wedding photos. If your guests spread out or even worse sit at the back, the ceremony misses out on a charming inclusive and togetherness.

Wedding Photography at the Radisson Blu, Sligo.
Arriving to The Radisson Blu in Sligo is always a special event. As you sweep up the drive you are greeted by the red sails that look out over Sligo bay. Champagne and red carpet lead you into your awaiting guests. Katrina and Keith entered to great applause and the excellence of the Radisson Blu swung into action. Denise and her team at the Radisson really know how to make a couple’s wedding day very special. The function room was beautifully decorated and Katrina and Keith’s wedding photos, with the stunning backdrop of soft twinkling lights shining through the sheer white drapes, are fabulous. The satin, rose topiary on tall sliver stands frame the setting with modern elegance, adding an extra touch of magic to their wedding photography. As their guests were being seated to dinner David brought Katrina and Mark up to the amazing Bridal suite at the Radisson Blu, Sligo. Warm contemporary colours and textures create a distinctive setting which makes for great wedding photos but not matter how fabulous the Bridal Suite is (and it is!), it is the views out over Sligo Bay that demand the eye. The location of the hotel looking out over Sligo Bay is superb.
