Adding to the colour and structure of the evergreens was a fabulous golden carpet of autumn leaves.
A bright conservatory, overlooking the garden, was set up for hair and make-up. Great to get to use every available bit of daylight for photos as the days shorten heading up to the clock change. Beautifully draping lace and gorgeous rose gold patent shoes were classic and elegant. Elaine’s bridesmaids wore deep teal and carried lovely arum lilies. John wore a grey suit with blue waistcoat which was flipped for his groomsmen. Elaine and John were married at St.Bernard’s in Abbeylara, Co Longford with the younger generation reading the Prayers of the Faithful. The weather was kind enough to allow for family photos to be taken outside the door of the church before family joined friends at Lough Rynn Castle.

Wedding Photos at Lough Rynn Castle Estate
After a quick visit home to get wedding photos with their dog (very cool) it was on to the hotel. Lough Rynn is amazingly adaptable. Grey skies and mid-October the grounds still have so much to offer wedding photography. Adding to the colour and structure of the evergreens was a fabulous golden carpet of autumn leaves. The light, crunchy textures of the maples leaves strewn along the formal paths of the lower terrace were just the perfect extra touch. Within the interior of the castle the Baronial Hall is a magnificent setting for a wedding party to relax as the guests are being sat for dinner. Cute cupcakes and cookie trees had being temptingly set out and just enough left for Elaine and John to enjoy. In the Ballroom everyone awaited their entrance and the night of celebration got underway with the most delicious dinner.
