The magic of winter wedding photography.
With Christmas just days away Deirdre’s home was wonderfully calm, relaxed and ready for the day of wedding photography to begin. Capturing the magical moments of a brides morning is so special, wedding photos that keep memories treasured forever. Deirdre wore a stunning, perfectly fitting lace dress which was accentuated beautifully at neckline and back. Both bride and bridesmaid carried bouquets of gorgeous vintage roses. Heading ahead of Deirdre to the church David met up with James, his best man and pageboy and most importantly his Mum for some photos. Mum wore the most elegant trouser suit in black and white. Lovely to see, we don’t see many here in Ireland. Deirdre and James’s ceremony was held at St.Bridget’s Church in Fourmile House. Such a plus at this time of year with churches wonderfully decorated for Christmas.

Wedding Photos at Lough Rynn Castle Estate
For the wedding photographer there is the extra special fairy-tale magic of shooting at a castle venue during the Christmas season. Lough Rynn, though amazing at any time of year, has that added sparkle. Fabulous décor and fires burning brightly; the romance of the occasion is greatly enhanced. Dusk was just falling as Deirdre and James arrived to Lough Rynn but still just enough light for photos in the walled gardens. Back in the castle the huge fireplace (you can sit inside) in the Baronial Hall danced with flames making the perfect spot to enjoy a celebratory glass of champagne. Christmas trees, wonderful decorations create lots of fantastic backgrounds for wedding photos. The magic of a winter wedding.
