The castle dressed in all its finery for the Christmas season is a stunning location for winter wedding photographs.
Christmas spirit was in the air, at Lough Rynn Castle, for Debbie and Ciarán’s wedding on the 12th December 2015. As Debbie and the her bridal party were staying in a house on the grounds there was wonderful opportunity for relaxed preparation photos. The castle dressed in all its finery for the Christmas season is a stunning location for winter wedding photographs.
Debbie’s two flower-girls were so photogenic and sparkled with the excitement of the day. Wedding photos of twirling flower girls tickle the heart and their delight at being part of the day was totally infectious. Debbie chose a gorgeous classical lace dress with organdie bow and elegant navy blue with gold beading for her bridesmaids. Elbow length sleeves helped keep the bridesmaid comfortable.

Having meet Ciarán briefly earlier in the morning David again met up with him at St.Patrick’s Church in Mohill. St.Patrick’s is a fantastic church for wedding photography. Lot of space, excellent light, steps leading up to the entrance, a generous wide aisle and three white curved marble steps leading up to the altar topped in deep red carpet. Pamela welcomed Ciarán and Debbie back to Lough Rynn as dusk was gentling rolling. Lough Rynn always have their buggy ready and waiting for couple to head out to the walled gardens.
The winter sun sets over the western end of Lough Rynn ensuring the gardens are magical for winter wedding photographs. With textures, structures and all year greenery the terraced gardens leading down to the lake shore are an absolute favourite for amazing wedding photos. Joining their guests in the Baronial Hall the celebrations began.
