Duchess satin in ivory for Aoife and rich candy pink for her bridesmaids and with lovely traditional touch the bride wore her veil down as she came up the magnificent aisle of Longford Cathedral.
How about starting your wedding photography in the Baronial Hall at Lough Rynn Castle?
Daniel and the guys met David in the stunning, oak panelled room at Lough Rynn. Cool dark navy suits with matching navy waistcoats and ties for all but Daniel who wore an ivory tie. Daniel’s dad joined in the fun as the whole group were well able to play up to any of David’s suggestions. Up in the bridal suite the ladies were enjoying equal splendour as preparations were well underway as David added to the wedding photos.
A stunning room to photograph in with cushioned window seats below tall mullioned windows and a luxurious colour scheme in subtle shades of gold. Duchess satin in ivory for Aoife and rich candy pink for her bridesmaids and with lovely traditional touch the bride wore her veil down as she came up the magnificent aisle of Longford Cathedral.

David had the honour of photographing the very first wedding in Longford Cathedral after its restoration. The quality of the workmanship shines through and it is an extraordinary location to take wedding photographs. Tall grey columns support high decorative arched ceilings above one of the most spectacular aisles in Ireland. The Harry Clarke stained glass that was rescued from the fire creates a wonderful backdrop for wedding photos keeping historical context with the original structure.
The fine broad steps of the Cathedral easily accommodated all family and guests for a wedding photograph of everybody who attended. Lough Rynn awaited. Aoife and Daniel hopped out of the car to get a wedding photo under the arch of beech trees that guard the avenue before turning in through the gates of Lough Rynn Castle. The terraced wall gardens still held colour as the bridal party enjoyed all the many stunning settings offered for wedding photos. Aoife and Daniel added a personal touch to the glazed corridor that led then to their wedding dinner. Hundreds of candles flickered reflections along the way.
