The Chevy proved to be a brilliant prop for wedding photography with all the girls tucked into the interior and the guys looking so cool in their shades as they casually leaned against the car.
A fabulous marrying of contrasts as formal elegance came together with the fun and frivolity of the day to make for spectacular wedding photography. On the 29th August Angela and Gerard were married at The Sacred Heart Church in Kilglass. Wonderful gardens bursting with colour, texture and interesting foliage created the perfect backdrop for Angela’s wedding photos at home in the morning. The deep orange of the bridesmaid dresses punched colour in the wedding photos and was echoed with matching gerberas in the bouquets and a stunning 1973 Chevy Camaro.
The Chevy proved to be a brilliant prop for wedding photography with all the girls tucked into the interior and the guys looking so cool in their shades as they casually leaned against the car. Added to all this ‘The A-Team Van and B.A’ was the transport of choice for the wedding party…. absolutely brilliantly put together with fake weaponry and a super tricked out van, the crack everyone got out of it made for extraordinary wedding photographs .

A strong music theme carried through the day with the invitations created replicating a CD cover and a vinyl record, with a label reading Thank You, for the thank you card photo. Angela and Gerard also designed and made the table planner again using old records as the back drop. Lots of wonderful details that captured a very special wedding day and added lots of personality and individuality to their wedding album.
A stop for more wedding party photographs at Lough Meelagh and then back to Kilronan Castle where Simon greeted them all with the warmest of welcomes. As guests were being seated to dinner Angela and Gerard took some quite time, with their wedding photographer David Knight, to capture romantic wedding phots around the interiors and grounds of Kilronan Castle. At our favourite arched window, alongside the magnificent fireplace, within the French salon styled ‘Robert Genders’ room and finally out under the huge Rhododendron trees as the sun began to sink below the crenelated top of the Castle walls.
