From the formal structure of the walled gardens to the casualness of the lakeshore every location held its own piece of magic.
Darren and the lads were tucking into a traditional fry when David called into them on his way to Amy’s house. Attention to detail started here with bright colourful socks (for Darren and his groomsmen) matching the ribbons which would be used in the hand tying ceremony later. Bubbles and smiles greeted David as he arrived to Amy and the girls. Deep cut lace on Amy’s dress sat beautifully creating exquisite detail while that pop of colour showed itself again in her gorgeous lace shoes. A minimalist bouquet of white calla lilies was the perfect accessory. That deep intensity of colour came through in the teal Bridesmaids dresses and the strong vibrant yellow petals in the flower girls basket. Everyone made their way to Lough Rynn Castle even Clover the cat for Darren and Amy’s ceremony in the Baronial Hall.

Wedding Photos at Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens.
The Baronial Hall at Lough Rynn is magnificent for wedding ceremonies, the wonderful oak panelling, a majestic fireplace, a grand piano and the fabulous view out across the lawns to the lake. There is nowhere else like it in the country. It holds a sense of intimacy while holding on to all the grandeur you could want. A charming ceremony, family photos taken and now was the time to enjoy the gardens and get amazing wedding party photos. The grounds of Lough Rynn offer so many choices and with no travel Amy and Darren had time to enjoy a wonderful selection of settings. From the formal structure of the walled gardens to the casualness of the lakeshore every location held its own piece of magic. Light and shadow were really playful on the day and the lake was perfectly still mirroring the extraordinary Irish landscape back to double the effect. A heart shaped red umbrella added a quirky touch of romantic allure to the couples wedding photos. A great day for a great wedding!
