Caroline was the first bride in Ireland to walk down the aisle from the popular show ‘Say Yes to the Dress’.
How better to celebrate your birthday than by getting married on the same day? A wonderful morning of wedding photos at Caroline’s home place: The Corner House in Riverstown, Co Sligo. Caroline was the first bride in Ireland to walk down the aisle from the popular show ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ hosted by Pete ‘Franc’ Kelly. Full of praise for Franc, Ireland leading wedding planner, and the show she looked amazing on her wedding day. A beautiful dress combined with an incredible smile made for stunning wedding photography. Caroline’s bridesmaids wore fitted, dusky pink dresses and perfectly matched feather shoulder capes. Two flower-girls with loose petals in the hems of their dresses and two pageboys with the coolest sneakers completed the bridal party. Not to be left out Mark and his groomsmen wore smart navy suits with matching waistcoats and the palest of pink ties. Caroline and Mark married at Riverstown Church which has spectacular tiled floor and high windows allowing lots of light to flood in.

Wedding Photos at the Radisson Blu Sligo
Caroline and Mark stopped off at The Corner House where the welcome, for the daughter of the house, was mighty. A birthday cake came out as they had found the perfect way to combine birthday and wedding. Deciding to go directly to the Radisson Blu Sligo meant that even though this was early November there was still some light in the sky. The tall outline of Benbulben creates a majestic backdrop for Sligo wedding photography. November means that night time comes fast and with it come the opportunity to capture a wonderful shot from the balcony of the bridal suite. Shooting out to the West, David captured the lights of Rosses Point twinkling on Sligo Bay behind Caroline and Mark. A fantastic night of double celebration was ahead.
