Dogs, a GSX-R and the most gorgeous Teddy Bear made for a day of fantastic wedding photography. Of course a fabulous dress and cool suits worn by the most relaxed and smiley of couples also added to the magical wedding photos. Irish wedding photographer Jim Schofield captured first the guys as they got ready before arriving to the ladies just as hair and make-up was completed. Fun and laughter bubbled from the very outset of the day which was full of wonderful personal touches. Brianna and Shane’s ceremony took place at St.Patrick’s Church in Drumshanbo. Great family photos followed the ceremony before the wedding party made their way up to The Arigna Mining Experience. Both the O’Loughlin and Gilroy home places can be seen from this incredible view as one looks out across Lough Allen. The Irish landscape offers stupendous backdrops for wedding photography as rolling skies scurried across the soft topped hills of Slieve An Iarainn, dancing reflections on the water filled valley.
Brianna and Shane chose to keep everything close to home and celebrated their marriage at The Lough Allen Hotel in Drumshanbo. The warmest of welcomes greeted the couple but before joining their guests they headed down to the water. Whilst earlier wedding photos had been taken from high on the hillside, now the couple had the opportunity to wander the shore of Lough Allen. Jim captured wonderful romantic photos as Brianna and Shane strolled along having a few moments to enjoy each other company before joining the guests and the party ahead. A wonderful night of celebration awaited friends and family.
